This Privacy Policy explains how Flowstart Kft. processes personal data when you use this website, book a meeting, contact us through the chat widget, or request a resource by email.

Data we process and why

We process personal data only where it is necessary for the relevant interaction with us.

Analytics and advertising cookies

We load non-essential analytics and advertising technologies only after you provide consent through the cookie banner. If you decline or do not make a choice, those technologies are not loaded.

Where you consent, we may use:

• Google Tag Manager (container GTM-5CJ4Z8XJ) and Google Analytics 4 to understand website use and, where enabled, measure advertising conversions. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Ads Data Processing Terms.
• Advertising pixels, such as Meta or LinkedIn Ads pixels, when an active campaign uses them. The active technologies and links to the relevant platform policies are made available through the cookie banner.
• PostHog (eu.i.posthog.com) for product analytics. PostHog data is processed and stored in the EU. See PostHog’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

We also use essential cookies to remember your cookie-consent choice. These cookies are necessary for that function and are not used for analytics.

Meeting bookings through Cal.com

The booking button and embedded booking form are provided through Cal.com. When you book a meeting, Cal.com processes the information required to create and confirm the booking, such as your name, email address, and selected time.

Cal.com is operated by Cal.com, Inc., which is based in the United States. Its processing is governed by Cal.com’s Privacy Policy. Flowstart receives the booking details needed to arrange the meeting, including your name, email address, and selected time.

Chat messages

The website chat widget sends messages to our self-hosted, EU-based automation infrastructure at n8n.flowstartai.eu. We use the information you provide in the chat to respond to your request and, where requested, to follow up with you. We do not use chat content for advertising.

Newsletter signups, resource downloads, and calculator results

Newsletter forms, resource-download forms, and the “email me my results” option in the ROI calculator collect your email address and, in some cases, your name. Each form asks for explicit consent before adding an address to a mailing list.

These records are stored in Listmonk, our self-hosted mailing-list tool at listmonk.flowstartai.eu. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Legal bases for processing

We process personal data on the following bases, where applicable:

• Consent, for non-essential cookies, marketing emails, and other activities for which we ask for consent.
• Steps taken at your request, for example when you book a call, request a resource, or contact us.
• Legitimate interests, where necessary to operate, secure, and improve the website and respond to business enquiries, provided those interests do not override your rights.
• Legal obligations, where we are required to retain or disclose information by law.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required by law.

• Booking and business-enquiry data: retained for up to 24 months after the booking or last substantive interaction.
• Chat transcripts: retained for up to 12 months after the conversation.
• Email-list records: retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove the record. We may retain the minimum information needed to honour an unsubscribe request and avoid sending further marketing emails.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics is configured for 14 months. PostHog retention follows the settings of the relevant project.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions and limits set out in applicable law, you may ask us to:

• provide access to your personal data;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• delete personal data;
• restrict processing;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• provide your data in a portable format where applicable; and
• withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Service providers and international transfers

The website code uses the following service providers in connection with the activities described above:

• Cal.com provides the booking form and processes booking details.
• PostHog is configured through its EU endpoint for product analytics and session recording. Session recordings are configured to mask all form inputs.
• Google Tag Manager is loaded only after cookie consent. It can pass consented events to tags configured in the container, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta technologies where those tags are active.
• n8n receives website-chat messages through Flowstart’s configured self-hosted chat endpoint.
• Listmonk stores newsletter and resource-request records and sends relevant transactional or marketing emails.
• Telegram can receive an internal notification when a visitor submits a lead form. That notification may include the information submitted in the form so that Flowstart can respond.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Information about their processing locations, transfer mechanisms, and safeguards is available in the provider policies linked above or in the relevant provider documentation.

Complaints

If you believe that your personal data has been handled unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority:
