Demand shows up and gets an answer.

Outbound that runs on a daily cadence instead of a free afternoon. A site agent that answers in seconds. Campaigns that bring lapsed customers back. Follow-up that nobody has to remember. A person approves anything a customer will hold you to.

01What you get

Four places a lead is won or lost, each with an owner and a rule.

Two people closing a deal across a desk

Digital Technologies Holding

Outbound became a system, not a weekly effort.

200 to 300 contacts a day sourced, enriched and graded on intent, then a personalised three-touch sequence per prospect.

Site agent

The first answer in seconds.

BLCD's site agent explains the work, gives an indicative quote and has exactly one action: book a consultation.

Follow-up cadence

Day 1, day 5, day 14. Every draft waits for one approval click before it sends.

A rack of dumbbells on a bright gym floor

Avena Fitness

Hundreds of lapsed members came back.

Voice

Phone coverage with a clear takeover point.

  • Qualification and booking
  • Order intake
  • Routine questions, then a structured handoff
02The four lanes

Capture what arrives, revive what went quiet, follow up on everything.

Each lane is a system with an owner and an approval rule. Most clients start with one.

Reach

Outbound on a daily cadence

  • Contacts sourced and enriched into a self-hosted CRM
  • Intent grading before anyone writes a line
  • A personalised, multi-phase sequence per prospect
Capture

Site agent and chat

  • Answers from approved sources only
  • Qualification fields your team actually uses
  • Routes, books or escalates with full context
Voice

Defined phone workflows

  • Qualification, booking, order intake, routine questions
  • Structured summary and next action after every call
  • A human takeover point written into the flow
Follow up

Speed-to-lead and cadence

  • Context and a reply draft ready in minutes
  • Day 1, day 5, day 14 touches that reference the last exchange
  • CRM notes written while they are fresh
Expand

Win-back from your own list

  • Segments built on current order data
  • The offer sent while the buying moment is still open
  • Sent from your own environment to your own list
The rule

A person approves commitments

  • Price, scope, delivery promises
  • Cold outreach at scale without review
  • Any message where trust is at stake
03How it runs

From account to subscription.

The flow that created $10k of monthly recurring revenue at Digital Technologies Holding.

  1. 01

    Trace one lead's journey

Follow a handful of recent enquiries from first touch to outcome. Note the waits, the owners and the missing actions.

  2. 02

    Fix the fastest leak first

Slow first response, weak qualification, follow-up from memory or empty CRM notes. Pick the one with visible volume.

  3. 03

    Build the lane

Outbound, site agent, voice or follow-up, in your CRM and your inbox, with the approval rule written down.

  4. 04

    Then widen the funnel

Once handling is reliable, add reactivation, referral or a second channel.

What overnight waiting costs you each month.

Your own volume, response pattern and handling time. The calculator shows its arithmetic and predicts nothing about conversion.

Your inputs times your inputs, nothing assumed. What the system changes: the wait becomes minutes, and the hours become approval clicks.

We were answering the same three questions for weeks, usually days after anyone asked them. The site handles that now, and the people who do reach us have already had a real answer.

09Before you book

Questions we get asked first.

Is this automated cold email blasting?

No. Contacts are graded on intent before anyone writes to them, sequences are personalised from enrichment data, and every draft waits for an approval click. The aim is that good leads get handled fast, not that more unreviewed email leaves the building.

Is a chatbot enough for lead generation?

Only when it reaches a next step: qualification, routing, booking or a prepared follow-up. A question-and-answer widget on its own does not create that handoff.

Where should we start?

At the handoff where leads are lost most often. For most teams that is slow first response, inconsistent follow-up, or the gap between a good call and the proposal.

Can it use our existing list?

Yes. Avena's campaigns run from their own member database, sent from their own Microsoft environment. DiscoverNight's win-back list is rebuilt nightly from live orders.

What about voice?

Voice agents handle defined call types: qualification, booking, order intake, routine questions. Every call ends with a structured summary and an assigned next action, and the handoff point is written into the flow.

Your enquiry volume may be fine. The handling may not be.

Bring a recent enquiry list. We will trace a small sample, find the ownership gaps, and name the first lane to build.
