A webshop that agrees with the warehouse.

Product data, stock, payments, invoicing, order emails, customer accounts and administration, connected around one launch scope. A ten-working-day launch is available for projects with complete inputs and a fixed scope.

01What you get

The order journey and the systems behind it, working as one thing.

Vitamin capsules in close-up

Életfa Health Store

A local storefront turned into a second sales channel, on the inventory system it already had.

The incumbent IT vendors said the legacy system could not be connected. It is connected.

One source of truth

Stock and price come from the ERP.

A sale in the shop updates the site. A price change in the ERP goes live. Nobody reconciles two lists.

Every new product

Page, description and images generated for review, so the catalogue keeps up on its own.

Operations

Customer groups, promotions and quantity discounts carry through to payment and invoicing.

After launch

03How it runs

From ERP truth to invoice, without a person in the middle.

The flow that runs at Életfa every day.

  1. 01

    ERP truth

Stock and price live in the inventory system you already run. The shop reads them, it does not copy them.

  2. 02

    Commerce rules

Customer groups, promotions and quantity discounts apply at checkout, from one rule set.

  3. 03

    Payment

The gateway for your market, tested with real cards before launch.

  4. 04

    Invoice

The order reaches your invoicing process with the right group, price and tax already attached.

09Before you book

Questions we get asked first.

Can you connect our existing inventory or ERP system?

Usually yes, including systems whose vendor says it cannot be done. Életfa's legacy inventory system now syncs stock, price, orders and new products both ways.

Is the ten-day launch realistic?

For qualifying projects with a fixed scope and complete inputs, yes. Alexandra Gadár's shop went live in two weeks. Custom features and large data clean-ups add time and are scoped separately.

Which platform do you use?

A headless commerce backend with a custom storefront, on hosting you own. No monthly platform fee tied to your revenue.

What about payments in Hungary and the EU?

We configure the provider for your target market and test it with real cards before launch. Invoicing integrations follow local requirements.

Who runs the shop after launch?

Your team, through an admin view of orders, customers, products and stock. We stay on for the support period and extend the store from operating data.

Find out whether your shop can launch on a fixed scope.

Bring your product data, your target market and your current systems. We will name the launch scope, the dependencies and a realistic delivery plan.
