DiscoverNight · Campaign delivery
The order and the next offer stopped being days apart.
In short
Live order data reaches campaign delivery every night, while the buying moment is still current. The upsell window closes less often than it opens.

From order to upsell
Operating flow01
Bottleneck
- Order data in Extensiv and campaign delivery in Klaviyo lived apart, joined by expensive US staff exporting, cleaning and uploading a CSV every week. The audience was up to six days behind.
- Marketplace orders from Amazon, Walmart and similar channels carry relay addresses that had to be excluded by hand.
02
Solution
- A daily integration inside the client's private cloud syncs shipped orders into the campaign platform overnight, at 3 am, unattended.
- De-duplication, cleaning and filtering are automated, so standard records never wait for a human to look at them. Each run is archived for audit and a morning report lists imports and failures.

Result
- 35,000 customer accounts created automatically.
- Time-to-upsell fell to a single business day, and 800 skilled US hours a year went back to the business.
