Bottleneck
- The shop sold in person only, with 6,000 products locked inside a legacy inventory system and growth capped at foot traffic.
- The incumbent IT vendors would not connect that system to an online channel. When a sale depleted stock in the shop, the site did not know. Price changes and new products were entered twice.

Solution
- We built a complete e-commerce platform and backend that stays in sync with the existing inventory system: stock, orders, prices and new products, in both directions.
- Requests between the systems are signed and verified. Failed deliveries retry with backoff, and unresolved failures go to an administrator instead of silently drifting.
- An AI pipeline writes the product page, description and images for every new item, so the catalogue keeps up on its own.
- Customer groups, promotions and quantity discounts carry through to payment and invoicing. Shipping is integrated too.

- 6,000 products live and sellable on one platform.
- 30% of the shop's revenue now comes from online purchases, with no manual stock reconciliation step left in the live workflow.
