AI agents for business

AI agents for repeatable work that still needs context.

We build task-focused AI agents for research, triage, drafting, routing, reporting, and follow-up. Each agent works from approved sources, follows defined rules, records its activity, and escalates decisions outside its remit.

An AI agent is useful when its job, data, permissions, and escalation path are explicit.

Typical agent tasks

Use agents where the inputs repeat but the work still requires reading, sorting, or drafting.

RESEARCH

Build context before a meeting

Prepare a brief from approved company, lead, and internal records.

SUMMARIZE

Turn long records into a usable brief

Summarize calls, documents, and email threads with the relevant next action.

TRIAGE

Route requests with context

Classify incoming work and assign it according to your operating rules.

DRAFT

Prepare a first version for review

Create replies, proposals, CRM notes, reports, and checklists from approved inputs.

FOLLOW UP

Surface stalled work

Identify missing follow-ups or delayed handoffs and notify the responsible owner.

PREPARE

Assemble decision inputs

Gather the relevant facts and options so a person can make the decision.

Approval and escalation

Customer commitments and exceptions stay with a responsible person.

Human review is required for:

  • Brand claims, pricing, or customer commitments.
  • Commercial scope and proposal terms.
  • Legal, financial, HR, or compliance-sensitive work.
  • Cases outside the standard workflow.
  • Any action where an error could materially damage trust.

We define these rules before launch and review performance before expanding permissions.

Chatbot, automation, or AI agent?

Many workflows use more than one. The distinction is practical:

CUSTOMER CONVERSATION

Chatbot

Answers approved questions, qualifies requests, and books or routes the next step.

AI chatbot
KNOWN, DETERMINISTIC STEPS

Classic automation

Moves data and triggers predefined actions. Best for routing and synchronisation.

CONTEXT-DEPENDENT INTERNAL WORK

AI agent

Reads inputs, classifies, drafts, recommends, and prepares work for review.

AI agents for business: FAQs

What is an AI agent for business?

It is a task-focused system that uses defined instructions, approved context, and permitted tools to complete part of a workflow. A production agent also needs an owner, activity records, review rules, and an escalation path.

Will the agent act autonomously?

Only within the permissions you approve. It can prepare, classify, route, or recommend routine work; customer-facing, commercial, or high-risk actions can require review.

How is an agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot is primarily a conversation interface. An agent carries out a defined workflow behind the interface, such as research, drafting, or routing.

What is a good first use case?

A repeatable process with known inputs, a clear output, and a costly delay or manual step. Lead research, proposal preparation, support triage, and reporting are common starting points.

How do you control quality and risk?

We limit sources and permissions, define review and escalation rules, keep activity records, and use real outputs to improve the workflow before broadening its scope.

Start with one bounded business task.

We will assess the inputs, owner, approvals, and measurable outcome before recommending a build.
